This guide provides an overview of EndNote bibliographic management software.

EndNote 21 is available for students, faculty, and staff to use. 

Gumberg Library currently provides support for EndNote 21. We recommend updating to EndNote 21 if you are using an earlier version. 

Please note:

  • Updating to EndNote 21 should not affect your existing library, but consider archiving your library before downloading EndNote 21 
  • Once EndNote 21 is working, uninstall your previous version of EndNote
  • Contact EndNote Technical Support (855-258-5858; M-F, 24 hours/day) if you have trouble with the update

Duquesne-owned computers: Open Software Center (Windows) or Self Service (Mac) and click "Install" to download EndNote 21 

Student or personal computers: EndNote 21 is available for download in the Software Catalog
