1. Run your search in PubMed
2. Select the references you want to export by clicking the boxes on the left side of the screen. Next, click Send To at the top of the page. Then, select Citation Manager
3. Click Create File
4. Your download will automatically begin. When the download is complete, click on the file to open it. This will import your citation into EndNote, and your references will be temporarily stored in the Imported References folder. If you have set up smart groups, they will be automatically distributed into relevant groups. If not, you can manually distribute them to the appropriate group(s).
