If you have multiple libraries already created, we recommend merging them into a single library so you can sync with Endnote Web and keep all your references in one place.
To merge libraries:
1. Open the EndNote library that you want to be the final combined library
2. Go to File > Import > File
3. The Import File box will open. In the Import File field, select Choose and locate the EndNote Library you want to import
4. Select EndNote Library from the Import Option drop-down list
5. Select Discard Duplicates in the Duplicates drop-down list
6. Select Import.
Note: To organize your references into Groups, you will need to do it manually since Groups cannot be imported.
