This guide provides an overview of EndNote, a bibliographic management software.

Cite While You Write

With EndNote 21, the Cite While You Write (CWYW) feature now allows you to easily insert your EndNote references and format citations and bibliographies into Google Docs! This section shows how to install and use CWYW in Google Docs, formatting a bibliography, importing a bibliography, and abbreviations for APA.

Installing Instructions

1. Find Cite While You Write for Google Docs through the Google Workspace Marketplace and click Install.

2. Select and sign into your Google account.

3. Click continue to sign into CWYW.

4. Click allow to give CWYW access.

5. CWYW has been installed! Click done and open up Google Docs.
