How do I get access to Covidence?

Duquesne University affiliated students, faculty, and staff can access Covidence for free. By creating a Duquesne linked Covidence account, you have the ability to create unlimited reviews and invite collaborators who do not have their own Covidence accounts.

First Time Users

  1. Go to Duquesne University's Sign-Up Page
  2. Enter your information and click Request Invitation
  3. Accept the email invitation via your Duquesne email
    1. Check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox!
    2. The link is one-time use and will expire in 30 days
  4. Create a new Covidence account (or log into your existing account) and you will automatically be linked to Duquense

Trouble? If you're experiencing issues with linking your account to the Duquesne University institutional account, reach out directly to Covidence at support@covidence.org for assistance.

Returning Users

If you already have a Duquesne University linked Covidence account, follow these steps to sign in:

  1. Go to the Covidence website
  2. Click Start a New Review
  3. Fill out the new review form
  4. When prompted to pick "Which Account Do You Want to Use?" select Duquesne University (not your name)
  5. Click Create Review

Invitation to Collaborate?

If you have been invited to collaborate on a review, you will receive an email and be prompted to accept the invitation. Once you click the link you will be prompted to either create an account or sign in to an existing one. Note: Check your spam and/or junk folder if the invitation doesn't appear in your inbox.

Missed the invitation? Invitations are one-time use only and expire after 30 days. If your invitee has missed this window, remove them from the review and then re-invite them. This will prompt a new email invitation to be sent out.
