Getting Started

What is Covidence?

  • Covidence is a cloud-based systematic review tool that you can use for many types of literature reviews and evidence syntheses.
  • Because Covidence is based on PRISMA, it works well for formal evidence syntheses including systematic, scoping, rapid, and integrative reviews.
  • Created in 2014, the name Covidence itself is a combination of "collaboration" and "evidence," as it facilitates review management and collaboration. You can access Covidence through their website.
