User Submitted an EZBorrow Request

This is a sample of the email a user will receive when they initially submit an EZBorrow request:

"Subject: Your EZBorrow Request #PPID-2150

Zane D Aurandt,

Thanks for using the EZBorrow service provided by Gumberg Library.

Your EZBorrow request #PPID-2150 for The cat in the hat has been received and is now being processed by our lending partners!

You will receive an email when this item is available for pick-up at Gumberg Library, usually between 2-5 business days.

If for some reason this request cannot be filled by an EZBorrow lending library, you will receive an email explaining why and what to do next. Please note: If this is a text book, popular title, or brand new publication we may not be able to find a lender.

Request Could Not Be Filled

This is a sample of an email a user would recieve if their EZBorrow request could not be filled by any of our partnering libraries.

"Subject: Your Request Cannot be Obtained through EZBorrow

Zane D Aurandt,

Thank you for using the EZBorrow service provided by Gumberg Library.

Unfortunately, none of our partner libraries are able to fill your EZBorrow request #PPID-2141 for Satyre Ménippée : de la vertu du catholicon de'Espagne et de la tenue des estats de Paris /.

If you still wish to obtain this item, please submit an interlibrary loan request. Please note: If this is a text book, popular title, or brand new publication we may not be able to find a lender.

User Requested Cancellation

This is a sample of the email a user will receive when they request that they cancel their EZBorrow request:

"Subject: Your EZBorrow Request #PPID-2150 is Cancelled

Thank you for using the EZBorrow service provided by Gumberg Library.

Your EZBorrow request #PPID-2150 for The cat in the hat has been cancelled for the following reason:

User requested cancellation

If you did not initiate this cancellation and you still wish to obtain this item, please submit an interlibrary loan request. Please note: If this is a text book, popular title, or brand new publication we may not be able to find a lender.
