Retrosynthesis with SciFindern

SciFindern's retrosynthesis plan tool allows chemists to find experimentally determined pathways to build a molecule by searching published reactions within SciFindern.

  • Set filters for number of synthetic steps, rarity of reactions, and starting material costs
  • Recieve an email notification when the search is completed
  • View experimentally determined reaction methods and conditions for each step with links to source publications
  • Edit proposed plans with slider tools to adjust expected percent yield, total cost, and other factors
  • Download your proposed synthesis pathway to a PDF
