If there is a system outage, contact Rob Behary. During normal business hours he can be reached at extension 1085. If the outage occurs during evening or weekend hours, a staff member can call his cell phone.
During the outage, process offline transactions using the paper forms in the file cabinet at the greeter station. Once the system is back online, enter the transactions manually.
