An overview of BrowZine, a tool for browing full issues of scholarly journals

Making BrowZine Work for You

  • BrowZine is able to show you Gumberg Library's electronic journals and articles. 
  • Once selecting a journal, you can sort through available issues by year of publication, volume, and issue. 
  • If you create an account, you can save journals to your own library for quick access at a later point in time.  

Creating Your Own BrowZine account

Having a BrowZine account is required for using My Bookshelf on all your devices, so you only need to configure My Bookshelf on one device and the program will sync to your other devices. 

On BrowZine, select Gumberg Library when prompted. 

  • Go to the gear icon for settings in the top right corner
  • Select log in 
    • Select "No account? Sign up for one."
  • Use your Duquesne University email 
  • Create your password
  • Select "I agree" 
  • Select "Sign Up" 

Confirm your email

  • Once you have signed up for BrowZine, you will receive a confirmation email 
  • Click "Confirm E-Mail Address" 

Now your BrowZine account is ready for use!

Be sure to remember your account information to log into all mobile devices.
