Welcome to the Gumberg Library Online Learners page!
Most of Gumberg Library's books, journals, and services are available to you regardless of where you live or work! This guide explains how you can access the library, request service, and get help when and where you need it.
If you're close enough to visit the campus, Gumberg Library is located on the Duquesne University campus in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA (Directions). Although we do everything we can to help you at a distance, we would love to see you in person too!
Gumberg Library materials, and items from other libraries, can be sent to you through the ILLiad service. Go to ILLiad to register as a "First Time User".
Note: Be sure to select "GraduateDistance" or "UndergradDistance" in the Status section of the ILLiad registration form.
Books are shipped free of charge through ILLiad, but you must pay return shipping. You are also responsible for keeping your ILLiad account information current, including your postal mailing address.
Articles are delivered electronically. Typically there is no charge for this service.
How do I renew library materials ordered through ILLiad?
