2024 Research and Scholarship Symposia

This guide is designed to help students prepare posters and scholarship for the URSS and GRS.

Abstract Submission Deadline: Wednesday, February 7th at 5:00 PM

Virtual Poster Sessions: Available on Symposium by ForagerOne from March 18th - 22nd, 2024

Eligibility

Eligibility for participation in the GRS is as follows:

  • Must be a current Duquesne University graduate student from any discipline or program.
  • Must submit research or scholarship work that has been initiated or is in process during academic enrollment at Duquesne.
  • Must upload presentation to Symposium by ForagerOne.
  • In-person participants must also display a poster at the in-person session on March 20.

Abstract Guidelines

Information needed for abstract submission:

  • Name of author, email, department, & school
  • Name of group members (if submitting as a group)
  • Name of faculty advisor & email
  • Title of research
  • Abstract (350 word maximum)

Note: As our submission form only accepts one abstract per user, projects with multiple authors should choose one person to submit on behalf of the entire group.
