The "Holy Ghost College Bulletin" was a student-run periodical published by the Pittsburg Catholic College of the Holy Ghost from 1894 to 1901. The publication's intent was to note the benefits of a Spiritan education both during one's studies and after graduation. In pursuit of this goal, the paper "[recorded] the doings of the College in the various departments, and thereby to stimulate increased activity within and increased interest without the academic walls," (Volume 1, No. 1). Additionally, it documented the results of quarterly exams, happenings in the various departments, etc. The "Holy Ghost College Bulletin" also kept tabs on alumni activities, updating students on the scholarly and professional accomplishments of their former peers, demonstrating what could be accomplished with a well-rounded education.
