EQ125-01: Can Religion Heal Us? (Dr. Smith)

A Gumberg Library Course Guide

Find Print and Ebooks

Many students want to avoid books when doing research because they feel they are too long and they do not have time to read whole books. However, when using books for research, we usually do not read whole books, just the parts that are relevant to our research. Think of books as time-saving devices. The author of a book has gone to the trouble to gather information from hundreds of other books and articles and has summarized it all for you in their book. Use the table of contents and index of a book to find which parts contain the information on a topic that you need.
