Jewish Family and Community Services has a food pantry located in Squirrel Hill for those in the 15217 zip code OR those needing kosher foods anywhere in Pittsburgh.
Need help with filling out a food stamps application, filing your taxes, navigating the welfare system, or finding farmer's markets? Just Harvest, a local non-profit, can help!
The Keating Initiative seeks to assist food insecure students, faculty, and staff. The initiative includes comprehensive "wrap-around" services that include health and wellness, meal vouchers, and a campus food pantry.
This project strives to provide food for students, faculty, and staff year-round with respect and confidentiality, as an extension of the Center for Migration, Displacement, and Community Studies in the College of Liberal Arts. The pantry is open to all members of the Duquesne community in College Hall 347 and 358.
Help this local organization rescue unused food from local restaurants, stores, and markets and transfer it to non-profit organizations in need, like shelters. (Volunteer through their app, too!)
