The Gumberg Library offers a collection of over 600,000 printed volumes, with particular strengths in the Humanities, including English, American, and other literatures. We are also very strong in Philosopy and Theology.
We offer access to a further 825,000 ebooks on all subjects.
You can also access numerous print and electronic reference works.
We connect you to the contents of 147,000 electronic journals.
We provide access to over 300 different databases, containing many types of information sources, with over 43 for use in literary studies. These include the major databases for scholarly secondary works on literary topics, particularly the MLA International Bibliography, as well as numerous databases of literary primary sources, and more.
All Gumberg Library electronic resources can be accessed from off-campus by entering your Multipass username and password when prompted. Gumberg Library resources must be accessed through the links on the Gumberg Library webpages.
