COM Print Books
In addition to Gumberg's extensive collection of electronic textbooks and resources, the library is in the process of acquiring a small number of print books for the medical library. The COM library's print books consist of two collections: the Academic collection and the Leisure Reading collection.
Academic Collection
The Academic Collection consists of over 100 well-regarded medical textbooks and reference books that are not available in Gumberg's electronic collection. These books cannot be checked out, but can be freely accessed in the third-floor medical library space.
Leisure Reading Collection
The Leisure Reading Collection consists of novels, memoirs, graphic novels, and nonfiction books with a medical angle. These books are housed in the third-floor medical space, but can be checked out at the fourth-floor circulation desk.
