How to make a payment:
**Please note** Do not make a payment until you have confirmed the charge owed with a Gumberg Library employee. Please email weshare@duq.libanswers.com
If you have been charged for a lost or damaged item, you can view the charge on your library account (My Bookshelf). To make a payment, you can pay online via credit card. The online payment portal can be located here on Duquesne University's website. Once your payment is received, the charge from your library account will be cleared and you will have access to request new items.
