Writers A-I
This is an explanation of the links in an author box: The first link will give a biographical article, presenting the most important facts about a writer. For more biographical information, see the ebook Jewish Writers of Latin America: A Dictionary, a link to which is on the first page of this guide under "Reference Works." The "Gumberg Library" link will take you to all books by and about a particular writer that are owned by Gumberg Library. If you do not see a Gumberg Library link, it means Gumberg Library does not own any books by or about that author. The "Internet Archive" link will take you to all books available on that website by and about a writer. You can borrow many of the books on the Internet Archive site, but you will need to sign up for a free account for the site to do this. The "WorldCat" link will take you to all books by and about a writer held in libraries around the world. It does not give full text of books, but providess you with bibliographic information so you can borrow books through Interlibrary Loan. The last three links, MLA International Bibliography (MLA), Literature Resource Center (LRC), and ProQuest One Literature (PQ1), will connect you to all articles by or about a writer in each of those databases. Full text is presented for many articles in LRC and PQ1.
