Hours Requests

Submit all hours requests through this form:

Please refer to Gumberg Library's calendar for current hours
  • Requests must be submitted by the end of the Add/Drop period of the preceding semester
    • e.g. Fall semester requests submitted by the end of the Spring semester’s Add/Drop period
  • Gumberg and COM’s semester hours will be finalized (i.e. communicated + agreed upon) by the start of the preceding semester’s midterm week
    • e.g. Fall hours finalized by Spring midterms; Spring hours finalized by Fall midterms
  • Requests will be taken into consideration according to:  
    • building usage data
    • staffing availability
    • safety and security measures
