Helpful websites

Gallica: This free database from the Bibliotheque Nationale de France includes images and full-text sources related to French literature from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. The database is searchable by author, date, or time period.

Google Scholar: A freely available searchable database of scholarly articles, books, and other material that can be used to locate articles on 18th century France topics. If you are logged in through DuqNet or your multipass, the database also links to articles available in our databases.

Athena: An online collection of French Literature
