MAIN IDEA

Sage eReference is Sage's eBook database. Deep linking is automatic but may require some clean up.

Deep Linking to eBooks in Sage eReference

Deep linking in automatic in Sage eReference but requires some clean up.

1. Click the name of the eBook you want.

2. Sage eReference automatically generates a deep link in the URL box. Although you can use the deep link provided, it automatically bolds the words after the &q= in the URL because it is matching your search terms with the words in the eBook.

The &result=2 is also unecessary since it merely refers to the place it had in the list of results.

3. Delete the text starting at &result= until the end of the address. The URL will now be your deep link without any bolded text in the eBook.
