Sage is a publisher that creates its own encyclopedias and textbooks and provides access to multidisciplinary journal articles. Deep linking is automatic for its articles and eBooks.

What is Sage?

Sage is a publisher known for its reference textbooks and encyclopedias. Its subjects include African American Studies, Business, Communication and Media Studies, Counseling, Criminology/Criminal Justice, Education, Geography, Gerontology & Aging, Health, Human Development & Family Studies, Political Science, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, and Women's Studies.

Sage eReference is the eBook database.

Sage Journals Online, also called Sage Premier, is the academic journal database.

Sage's default home page will do searches but it will not automatically filter out items you have to pay for. Use the Gumberg Library links to ensure that your search only includes items that are fully accessible.
